Conversations on Canvas by Ricia Araiza and Michael Leventhal

In February Partners is showing the work of former gallery members RIcia Araiza and Michael Leventhal.
They worked side by side on canvases and sculpture for 22 years from 1991 to 2017 when Michael passed away. This is a retrospective of their work from 2002 to 2010, all in glorious color showing the joy they shared working together.
 Inspired by the artists of the 1960 such as Diebenkorn, Elmer Bischoff, Jackson Pollock and Milton Avery among others they passionately applied pain, cardboard and found objects to their canvases.
