    Event Description:

    The Friends of the Museum will host a Membership Drive, this Community Event is Free and is sponsored by the Community Foundation.

    Discover our Community History
    Local author Kim Bancroft will share her enthusiasm for learning Mendocino County history in the context of gathering information for a museum exhibit. The talk will highlight the many resources available at the Mendocino County Museum for researching the history of communities in our county, including archival photographs, books, maps, and films, oral histories, interviews, and historical artifacts.

    Tour the Museum
    Mendocino County Museum Volunteers will offer “Behind the Scenes” tours of the Museum collections and exhibits.

    Socialize
    Enjoy light appetizers and drinks provided by the Friends of the Museum. Make sure to listen for your name as you might be a recipient of a door prize. New and renewing Friends members will be entered into a drawing to win prizes!
