Miriam Davis: "Floating World" - Painting and Sculpture

In an exhibition called Floating World, Miriam Davis is showing painting and sculpture. The paintings evolve from natural forms and float in space that may suggest water or landscape.
Her sculptures are a return to a previous love of clay and the joy of modeling porcelain. The small figures relate to each other in ways arising from the imagination using the language of dreams.
