Rachel Binah: Black and White - In Color, Paper Constructions

In July Partners Gallery is showing new work by Rachel Binah entitled "Black & White — in Color."

Deeply depressed and anxious about the state of our national politics,  Binah explores the many colors, hues and depths of black: the purples and blues, the browns and greys, even the reds and greens, as well as variations in white. The pieces are made of hand sewn elements of paper, fabric, paint, twine and found materials, the artist intuitively weaving structure out of chaos.

There is a First Friday Reception July 6th, from 5 to 8pm.
