Beginning Sunday, June 5 and continuing each Sunday through Labor Day weekend, join Chef Victor Aguire and the Brewery Gulch Inn as we celebrate the varied cuisines of the eight regions of Mexico.

From the hearty and unpretentious nature of the ranch culture in the North, to the most indigenous of Mexico’s provincial cuisines in the South, Chef Victor will bring his unique skills to bear each Sunday evening as we explore the amazing culinary diversity of our neighbor to the south.
