Symphony of the Redwoods April Concert
Name: Symphony of the Redwoods April ConcertDate: April 2, 2023Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM PDTWebsite: http://symphonyoftheredwoods.orgEvent Description:Symphony of the Redwoods welcomes spring with concerts on Saturday, April 1st at 7:30 pm and Sunday, April 2 at 2:00 pm at Cotton Auditorium in Fort Bragg. This concert will feature auditioning conductor, Bryan Nies. To add to the experience, plan to attend the pre-concert lecture one hour prior to each show.The program opens with Quiet City by Copeland. Next is Haydn’s Concerto for Trumpet featuring Scott Macomber. The final piece will be a Symphony by Dvorak - either Symphony No. 5 in F or Symphony No. 7 in D. Tickets are available at Out of this World in Mendocino, Harvest Market in Fort Bragg, Brown Paper Tickets online, and at the door. Symphony of the Redwood’s current COVID-19 protocols do not require proof of vaccination or a negative test result.
