VERTIGO - Classic Film Series

Vertigo is considered by Hitchcock aficionados as the master filmmaker at the pinnacle of his creative powers and by all measures a masterpiece of cinema. The film underwent a major restoration in 2018 to create a new 70mm print and DTS soundtrack and we will be screening the 4K digital version of this restoration.

Vertigo replaced Citizen Kane as the "greatest film ever made" in the British Film Institute's Sight & Sound critics' poll and appears repeatedly in polls of the best films by the American Film Institute including a ranking as "the ninth greatest American movie of all time.
