Westport’s Great Rubber Ducky Race
 
Bring Mom and come enjoy Westport’s Great Rubber Ducky Race! It will be held on Sunday, May 13^th at the Westport Beach RV and campground, just north of town.  This fun-filled family event features ducky races with prizes, a decorated duck beauty contest, raffle, live music, duck merchandise, and a variety of food options.  There will be mimosas, a boutique, and free flowers for your Mom! In addition, there will be face painting available and each kid will be able to color a beautiful card for their mom, designed by local artist, Derek DiOrio.  Duck registration begins at 11:30 am, with duck races beginning at 12:30, 1:30 and 2:15. The decorated ducky beauty contest is judged at 1:15. A raffle at 3:00 will award a beautiful hand-crafted sun hats, and gift certificates from local businesses. Proceeds benefit the Westport Village Society.

The beautiful quilt made by Bobbi Knapp, which will be included in the raffle, can be seen in advance at the Westport Hotel.
